Here is an easy to make 2 Color Scrub Cap Pattern with Ponytail – No Buttonholes, No Elastic Needed
You asked for it! You got it! It took me a day or two to get this pattern and all the details worked out but here is. Just for you.
You might be thinking, “Do we really need one more Scrub Cap pattern?” The truth is there will always be nurses. Or at least it seems like there will always be nurses. And more than likely those nurses will need scrub caps. I have nurse friends that were wearing scrub caps as part of the uniform before COVID was even a thing.
So, grab your FREE pattern and start sewing.
The pattern has 42 detailed photos with instructions. There is also a very detailed YouTube VIDEO.
NOTE: If you are already a subscriber to this blog, the FREE Scrub Cap Pattern is in the Free Good Stuff Library. You will need your password. It is in your confirmation email.
I would love to see what you create. You can email a photo of your finish scrub cap.
Be strong and courageous for the Lord your God is with you,
’til next time

I am so glad that you like my patterns!!! Thank you!
Nathalie,
First of all, let me THANK YOU so very much for all your wonderful patterns and videos!
This past Spring, I started making scrub caps for one of my niece’s hubby who is an ICU doc in Wash D.C. working with COVID patients. No ponytail needed..haha.
Then my Dad’s assisted living went into lockdown and all the wonderful nurses and staff needed scrub caps with ponytails….and thank goodness I found your site.
The earlier pattern with buttonholes, elastic, and buttons took a bit of time but the end result was VERY well received!
I was SO HAPPY when you posted a pattern with no buttonholes:)
Just started pumping them out again for my sweet niece that is a traveling ER nurse currently in L.A. county. THANK YOU! It took a few minutes to understand the directions and then I referenced the video and it came together perfectly. I hope to post pictures of the scrub caps if I can figure out where to drop them in:)
OH Happy Dance!!! I am so glad you liked it! And I am super excited that you have blessed so many with your time and talent!!! I am so glad it came together for you.
I am blessed by your sweet feedback! Thank you so much!!!
